1. Digital Delivery Policy (Digitizing & Vector Services)

All digital services, including embroidery digitizing and vector artwork, are delivered electronically.

Delivery Time:

Standard: 12–24 hours
Weekend: up to 48 hours

Delivery Method:

Completed files are uploaded to the client portal for secure download.

Revisions:

We offer unlimited free revisions until the customer is satisfied.

2. Cancellation Policy

Custom Patch Orders:

Orders can be canceled before production begins
Once production has started, cancellation is not possible

Digitizing & Vector Orders:

Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placing the order
After this time, the order is considered in progress and cannot be canceled

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
 

4. Ownership of Files

All digitized and vector files are created for the customer.
Customers have full rights to use, reproduce, or resell the files.
Aqua Digitizing does not claim ownership of the final files once delivered.
 

5. Quality & Responsibility

We ensure high-quality digitizing services. However:

Customers are responsible for reviewing files before production
A sample test is recommended before final production
We are not responsible for issues arising from untested files.
 

6. Edits & Adjustments

Minor edits are free within 30 days of delivery
Major changes may incur additional charges
 

7. Turnaround Time

We aim to deliver orders within 12–24 hours.
Delays due to technical issues may occur but will be handled with priority support.
 

8. Payments & Accounts

Payments must be completed before order delivery

Unpaid invoices beyond 7 days may result in account restrictions
 

9. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend accounts in cases of:
Abusive behavior
Fraudulent activity
Misuse of services
 

10. Copyright Policy

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights to submitted designs.
We are not liable for any copyright violations.
